So how does it feel to have your knee actually drag along the ground? It always seems wild to me being bent down that far and not falling over. I understand the forces of it and how friction works but its still always mind blowing to see in reality.

I actually have video of it from a different angle!
Honestly, its not that weird. there is hardly any drag.
take a video game controller (like a xbox 1) and slide it on a wooden surface. (pressure on it, just moving it around) thats kinda what it feels like.

Yeah but I am imagining taking that video game controller and doing it at 60mph and envisioning it being slightly rougher. In my head I picture it like trying to grab a sanding belt while its turned on lol

honestly, the way you feel the controller
slider on the wood, that’s
how it feels on the knee. regardless of speed.
the trick is, you arent supposed to use the knee as anything else but a gauge of where the bike is in relation to the ground. so if you are supporting yourself on that puck, you are doing something wrong.
